We were very pleased to work with Staywell, in response to a request by Kingston CCG and RBK, on the launch of Kingston at Home. This initiative has supported elderly people in their home, either preventing a hospital admission or when they are discharged from hospital. This has been achieved by the successful transfer of 150 staff from RBK to Your Healthcare.
