Following on the from fantastic response the 1950’s shop installation had previously for residents, which saw staff painstaking recreate an authentic look and feel right down to the door handles(!) (and later covered by the Daily Mail), Amy Woodgate recently invited care residents to tell them what they’d most of all like to do if they could go anywhere. With a majority answering ‘a day by the seaside’, Amy’s dedicated team then took it upon themselves to create a temporary beach in which visitors could literally dip their toes and relax in the specially created beach hut. 

The result? Whatever the weather, guests at residential and day care’s Amy Woodgate building are now always assured their moment in the sun with their very own ‘pop up’ beach. link to pictures.
