Your Healthcare has successfully bid and won a £1.2m contract from NHS England to become the lead provider of NHS child health information services across south west London.

Winning this contract will allow Your Healthcare to consolidate and build a single clinical record system to provide child health information for 0-19 year olds.

The new system will allow information about a child to be in one place, information can be updated immediately and healthcare professionals can access it online at any time or place. Relevant clinicians will be able to log in and see the same information which should improve decision making and reduce the risk of missing information.

Marjan Daneshpour, Head of Information and Health, said: "We are incredibly pleased to win this contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to give online access to parents who want to see their child's health and development records. It's also invaluable for healthcare professionals too as they can see all the necessary information from all involved organisations on one platform.

"We will be working closely with our partner organisations to achieve this, namely St George's Hospital, the Royal Marsden, Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust and System C (the technology and IT system provider).

"We hope to provide online access for parents in 2018."
