We are delighted to confirm that following a successful interim period and interview, Ed Montgomery has been appointed permanently as Managing Director of Your Healthcare.

Changing times requires strong, inspirational and strategic leadership – Ed has demonstrated his ability to lead over the last six months and has a sound understanding of the local and national context. He has been key in fostering a collaborative and partnership approach and this forms a key part of his vision for Your Healthcare.

Ed will continue to build and develop the culture of Your Healthcare as a community focused and community facing organisation. This ensures that we can improve and champion better outcomes for local people and the organisations we provide services to.
