National clinical systems outage
The system that we use for managing patient notes has been taken offline as a precaution following a cyber incident that has affected the supplier. This is beyond our control.
Your Healthcare CIC is committed to providing the best possible patient care at this challenging time, and have put in place measures to ensure that safe care is still available to patients. We have put in place robust contingency plans, however, you may experience some delays and maybe asked additional questions from our clinicians during this period.
