Survey shows staff are proud of Your Healthcare’s services

The results of the 2024 Your Healthcare staff members’ survey reflect a motivated, happy and proud workforce.

An impressive 98% of respondents said they were proud of the services delivered by Your Healthcare, while 97% said they enjoy their job.

Similarly high numbers reported having good relationships with colleagues (97%) and when given the opportunity to identify ‘the one best thing about being a staff member at YH’, the most frequently mentioned theme was ‘supportive team and colleague relationships’.

The highest score of 99% was recorded for the question ‘I know what I need to do to be successful in my job,’ and 97% of those responding described Your Healthcare as offering ‘a safe and inclusive environment’.

Commenting on this year’s survey results, Ed Montgomery, managing director, said: “This is a set of really impressive results. I was particularly pleased with our overall engagement score of 90% and with our 97% score for staff members who enjoy their job. There is a great deal of evidence that shows a link between happy and motivated staff and the best outcomes for service users and patients, and these scores mirror the positive feedback received from them, and from our commissioners, referrers and other partners.

“We are extremely fortunate to have such a skilled group of specialist staff delivering high quality community healthcare services in Kingston and adult learning disability and autism services in Richmond.”

The survey was carried out during April and May 2024 and 65% of staff responded.
