World Patient Safety Day: Focusing on improving diagnosis
Tuesday 17 September is World Patient Safety Day with the theme this year of “Improving diagnosis for patient safety” and the slogan “Get it right, make it safe!”. World Patient Safety Day (WPSD) is an opportunity to raise public awareness and foster collaboration between patients, health workers, policymakers and health care leaders to improve patient safety.
