We are a Contraception and Sexual Health Service based in Surbiton, Kingston-upon-Thames. We offer a wide range of contraception including coil and implant fitting as well as STI screening for people who don’t have symptoms. Our service is non-judgmental, friendly, free and confidential. We welcome everyone, all genders, sexualities and all age groups.
Call us on 0208 339 4783 (leave a message with your details for a nurse to call you back) or email us on contraception&sexualhealth@yourhealthcare.org with your details and request. If you are aged 13-21 and would like to access contraception or support with your sexual health you can also text on: 07507 205308.

If you complete our online form we will review your response and get in touch. We hope to respond within one working day. We will get in touch via phone, email or text, whichever you prefer, to provide advice and support or arrange an appointment/collection. We can also offer a postal service.

Young person’s walk-in clinic
Young persons walk-in service for contraception, STI screening & Chlamydia treatment for age 21 and under only.
Every Monday (excluding bank holidays), 3:30pm– 6:30pm.
No appointment required.

Contraception and sexual health services are confidential for young people including those under the age of 16 years. This means the staff will not tell others, such as family, GPs or schools about clinic visits. The only time that information may be shared is if there are significant concerns about a young person’s safety or well-being. The staff will explain about confidentiality when young people visit the service. Please ask for more information about this if you would like to know more.

We are an independent community interest company (CIC), but are funded by the NHS and local authorities to provide health and social care community services for residents in Kingston, and additional learning disability services in Richmond. If we make any profit, it is reinvested into our community services

You can also call for emergency referrals to our Rapid Response service (2-hour urgent community response) or Urgent Care Support Service (care homes).
It is possible to self refer to some of our services (e.g. rapid response, children’s speech and language). If you click on the ‘Our services’ tab and choose the service you need, details of how to refer are available. You can also call our single point of access team on 020 8274 7088 for referrals to our Rapid Response service (2-hour urgent community response).
