Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy
Enjoy the best possible level of physical function
We provide musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy for residents who are registered with a GP practice in Kingston.
Our service is designed to enable patients to enjoy the best possible level of physical function, pain relief and independence. Physiotherapy helps people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercises, manual therapy, education and advice. Some problems resolve quickly, others take more time to improve, and some problems have to be managed as they are long-term.
We work closely with Kingston Borough Public Health Services, which include Better Bones and Get Active initiatives, and with Kingston Hospital and the South West London Integrated Care Board via getUBetter.
What we do
Patients may attend for individual or group treatment. The range of different services and treatments that may be offered can include exercise prescription, joint and soft tissue manual therapy, spinal assessment (including McKenzie, Maitland and Mulligan approaches), sports injuries, dynamic stability, muscle balance and more.
