Your Wellbeing Counselling
This is not an NHS service
Your Wellbeing is a private therapy provider based in Surbiton, South West London.
We offer affordable face to face counselling for individuals or couples based in and around Surbiton. We can see you in person at our Hollyfield House clinic, or we offer remote appointments online or over the phone for anyone in the UK – whatever works best for you.
Our professional counsellors are trained to help you deal with many different emotional challenges.
High standards of care
We believe everyone deserves to access the very highest standards of care. Your Wellbeing offers the choice and flexibility of private healthcare, alongside world-class NHS expertise. And we’re proud to reinvest all profits into local community services, so you can feel confident that we’ll always put people before profit.
Counselling
Therapy offers a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours with someone who is trained to listen. A counsellor will help you find your own solutions, so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and others.
How we can help you
Counselling can help you deal with many different mental health and emotional challenges, including: anxiety or panic attacks; depression; grief; low self-esteem; bereavement; stress or trauma and abuse.
You might also be experiencing struggles with physical ill health, gender identity, or relationship difficulties.
