Grant was appointed Director in April 2019. He has worked in the NHS continuously for 32 years, and has extensive experience across all aspects of care delivery.
Grant's previous roles include Lead for Adult Community Services at Your Healthcare from 2013, and from 2006 was Lead for Therapies and Outpatients. Grant has an MSc in Continuing Professional Development, focusing on the introduction of Podiatric Surgery within primary care, and also has skills in research methods, clinical audit, evidence-based practice alongside leadership and management skills.
