Julie has been a director of Your Healthcare since its formation in 2010. She manages both internal and external facing relationships, including service & procurement contracts, marketing/communications, infrastructure services, Health & Safety, and emergency planning. She has led a successful estate rationalisation, agile working and environmental improvement strategy.
Julie has over 35 years’ experience working within both the NHS and a Community Interest Company, working across acute, MH and community settings at both operational and strategic levels.
Previously, she has worked on a joint partnership Trust bid that established a local Primary school in the Royal Borough of Kingston, and is currently Chair of Governors at Lime Tree. Her extensive project management experience has included the closure and relocation of services from a large Mental Health Unit, to the building and opening of a new health centre.
