Siva has been a director of Your Healthcare since its formation in 2010, and is also responsible for NHS Equality and Diversity for YH compliance.
Previously he was Deputy Director at NHS Kingston and also led the finance function of the Provider Arm. As part of his own financial consultancy, he provided consultancy to a number of NHS organisations including London PCTs, Acute Trusts, and Mental Health Trusts from summer 2000-2008.
Prior to this, Siva was at Nestor Healthcare Group PLC, which included the British Nursing Association, working initially as Group Financial Controller and then Finance Director.
