Who we are

Welcome to Your Healthcare

Welcome to Your Healthcare. We deliver NHS community services in Kingston Upon Thames and learning disability and autism services across Kingston and Richmond Upon Thames. We span the whole life course; from health visitors making anti-natal visits, often to first-time mothers, to district nursing teams supporting people at the end of their lives. We cover school health, therapists and ‘re-ablers’ helping people rehabilitate after falls or surgery, teams working with neurodivergent people, urgent community responders and much more.

Our Vision

Elevating community health

Our vision is to be a leading provider of integrated health and social care, delivering high quality services so our patients and service users can lead happy and fulfilling lives. Our overarching organisational objectives are:

  • People: To provide and invest in a wide range of community-based health and social care services for local people, when and where they need them.
  • Partnership: To work in partnership with the people who use our services, their carers, the local community, our commissioners and other service providers to deliver coordinated health and social care, at the best value and to the highest standard.
  • Workforce: To be the employer of choice for a well-trained, developed and valued workforce.

What is a CIC?

CICs are limited companies which operate to provide a benefit to the community they serve. The purpose of a CIC is primarily one of community benefit rather than private profit.

Not for profit

We re-invest any profit back into our services and the community, where it is needed most. We are a membership organisation with a workforce of nearly 600 staff members. We recognise the value of giving staff, service-users and the community real influence in shaping how services are designed and delivered. Membership is one of the key things that makes us different from many other healthcare providers.

Benefits of being a CIC

We are commissioned by the NHS and deliver NHS services, but as a community interest company we have much greater freedom to innovate and adopt new and better ways of working.

We offer good value for money to the NHS, with a reputation for sound financial management.

“The urgent care and support service team has been a lifesaver. When my physio had finished, they provided an exercise and wellbeing coach who gave me new hope and more confidence. I can’t speak highly enough of them….”
