The Customer Care and Facilities Department provides and/or organises a range of non-clinical support services to Your Healthcare comprising:
- Advice and management of support services
- Operational Facilities and Estates Management
- Contract negotiation/monitoring
- Health and Safety management
- Management of Complaints, Comments and Compliments
- Completion of statutory returns
- Incident Management (to include security)
- Reception service
- Home Loan equipment Service (‘Your Healthcare’)
- Procurement
- Estate Strategy development
- Corporate communications services comprising internal and external communications, reputation and change management and events management
- Staff training (Incident reporting and complaints; safety co-ordinator; lone worker; first aid; fire; conflict resolution)
- Company Secretarial Services
- Insurance.
Services are provided across all the organisation's sites and for a range of external customers including Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group, the Royal Borough of Kingston, London Borough of Richmond, SWL & St George’s Mental Health Trust, third sector organisations such as Staywell (formerly Age Concern Kingston), tenants, the League of Friends, local GP practices and internally, such as staff.
