Who We Are

Award-winning community healthcare services in Kingston

We span the whole life course; from health visitors making anti-natal visits, to district nursing teams supporting people at the end of their lives. We cover school health, therapists helping people rehabilitate after falls or surgery, teams working with neurodivergent people, urgent community responders and much more.

“In the seven months that my father has been in Kingston accessing the community nursing team, he has had no hospital admissions, compared to the six he had during the summer before he moved here.”

Community nursing team feedback

“The health visitor was really helpful and listened to my problems. Such a great service for new mums and wonderful that it is local. So helpful to be able to see someone face-to-face for help and support.”

Health visiting team feedback

“Dad was extremely nervous. The podiatry team were fabulous, really caring and reassuring throughout the procedure. Wonderful care. Please keep on doing a great job. Thank you”

What people think of us

Feedback helps us to understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We welcome feedback from service users, their families and carers, and professionals who refer in to our services.

“What I love about my role is that I’m able to play my part in keeping some of the most vulnerable people in our community safe and well by providing expert treatment in the most appropriate place, preferably one that is familiar and where they feel most comfortable.”
