Give a Compliment
All feedback is important to us. It helps us to develop and improve our services so we can provide the best quality care. If you are happy with the care you have experienced with us, we would love to hear from you.
Anyone who is currently receiving, or has previously received treatment or services, from Your Healthcare can give a compliment. If you are acting on behalf of a friend or a relative, you must first gain their consent to act as their representative. If required, you can seek independent advice when giving a compliment, information can be found in the NHS Advocacy Service tab.
If you’ve had a good experience, or maybe feel that a member of staff deserves special credit and thanks – we would love to hear from you.
When we get your feedback we will send it on to the team and/or particular member of staff.
If appropriate, we will share the compliment anonymously with other members of staff at Your Healthcare, with some background. This gives us the opportunity to learn from the experience and share good practice.
