We are…

A social enterprise that delivers services for the NHS and local authorities. We span the whole life course; from health visitors making anti-natal visits, often to first-time mums, to district nursing teams supporting people at the end of their lives. We cover school health, therapists and ‘re-ablers’ helping people rehabilitate after falls or surgery, teams working with neurodivergent people, urgent community responders and much more.

We have

Nearly 600 staff members, most of whom enjoy NHS terms and conditions

High Friends and Family Test scores:

  • 98% of people had a good or very good experience of our services
  • 100% were treated with dignity and privacy
  • 97% felt involved in their care
  • 50% increase in feedback from patients and service users (in 2023-24)
