Adult Speech and Language
We provide speech and language therapy services to adults (eighteen and above), who are registered with a Kingston GP. We see people in their homes, nursing/care homes or in our outpatient clinic at Hollyfield Road. We also provide a service to the inpatient wards at Tolworth Hospital and Teddington Memorial Hospital.
We provide advice, assessment and therapy for: • Eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
- Speech difficulties, for example slurred speech (dysarthria) following a stroke or head injury
- Communication difficulties such as, Primary Progressive Aphasia, difficulties understanding or using language due to stroke or a progressive neurological condition (e.g. Parkinson’s Disease)
Self referrals
We provide advice, assessment and therapy for:

We are an independent community interest company (CIC), but are funded by the NHS and local authorities to provide health and social care community services for residents in Kingston, and additional learning disability services in Richmond. If we make any profit, it is reinvested into our community services

You can also call for emergency referrals to our Rapid Response service (2-hour urgent community response) or Urgent Care Support Service (care homes).
